Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only on a wrong size or order basis and is to be done within seven (7) business days upon receipt of purchase. Returned items must be free from damage and in the form of which it was delivered. This item exchange is subjected to availability of stock. 

1. Eligibility for Returns - To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Let us know issues that occured and what product/sizes expected to be changed

3. Return and Exhange Shipping -  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. 

4. Inspection & Approval - Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your exchange.
